Folkfaces
Friday, August 2, at 7:30 p.m.
Sponsored by the Joe & Rita Coney Memorial Fund
Started by frontman Tyler Westcott (Vocals, Guitar, Banjo, Harmonica, Kazoo) in 2011, this band has taken many forms over the years including the current lineup of multi-instrumentalist and fiddler Brendan Gosson, upright bass player Patrick Jackson, and percussionist Dan Schwach on drumkit and washboard.
Folkfaces can often be found performing at music festivals, colleges, and on tour. The group has shared the stage with many notable acts, including The Felice Brothers, Dustbowl Revival, Tab Benoit, The Reverend Peyton’s Big Damn Band, Peter Rowan, and Dom Flemons.
With three complete albums in their repertoire, Folkfaces approaches the 8th year of their very own camping music festival called "Folkfaces Fest."
