ALCA Partners Bring Two CHARM Murals to the North Country
Two communities. Two murals. One celebration of creativity, connection, and place.
ALCA and its partners are celebrating completion of two North Country mural projects that were developed through Cultivating Havens for the Arts through Regional Murals (CHARM), a Governor’s Initiative administered by the New York State Council on the Arts (NYSCA).
ALCA partnered with Outside Art: Plattsburgh Public Art Project in Plattsburgh and the North Country Rural Development Coalition and Essex County Land Bank through Walls Between Waters in Ticonderoga.
