|Adirondack Lakes Center for the Arts
The original No-Octane Regatta for Wooden Boats is back on Blue Mountain Lake and this time we're launching from the new, waterfront home of the Adirondack Lakes Center for the Arts. Bring your guideboat, canoe, pleasure rowboat, or small sailboat for a day of “messing about in boats."

Time & Location
Jun 28, 2025, 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Adirondack Lakes Center for the Arts, 8897 NY-30, Blue Mountain Lake, NY 12812, USA
About The Event
Participate in events on the water, talk with other “boat nuts,” and join in the Grand Parade of Boats. Antique wooden boats, modern replicas, adaptations of traditional designs, or modern designs handmade primarily of wood are all welcome. The event is free to participants, but registration is required.
If you want to make a day (and evening) of it, join us for a ribbon-cutting event at noon, to celebrate our move to ALCA's new lakefront home, and stick around for the first of ALCA's 2025 Weekend Concert Series performances, the Schwartz & Bournaki Duo, at 7:30 pm. For lodging, ALCA has 4 lakeside cabins and additional housing on-site. They book fast so don't wait too long to make your reservation for this very special getaway.
For more boating adventure, head down to Bolton Landing on September 27 for a No-Octane Regatta sponsored by the Bolton Historical Museum (https://www.facebook.com/boltonboatfestival).
