My Adirondack Life Documentary: NOW PLAYING!

After embarking on their journey this past fall, the Arts Center and high school students from across the park have come to the highly anticipated premiere of their collaborative work. My Adirondack Life Documentary a film directed, produced, and starring local Adirondack teens about the unique experience that is growing up in the Adirondacks. After working with professionals in the field, students took their workshops in screen writing, cinematography and editing and put them to good use by taking complete control of this highly difficult and advanced process. The documentary is a collection of their combined works and will be showing in several movie theatres as well as submitted to film festivals all over the world. By empowering the youth of our region to share their story, they empower their future, and in turn use art to enrich the Adirondack community. 25 students, 7 towns, 1 film.
